The business of the company is to design, manufacture and erect bespoke structural steelwork for the construction industry, operating in the commercial, leisure, health, education, retail and process building sectors of the UK and European market.

  Airless Paint spraying in a specialist Paint shop.

 

SKILL & EXPERTISE                                                              

Drawing Office staff utilise X-Steel CAD drawings systems with direct down load of manufacturing data files to the production machines.

 Shot Blasting that provides a range of surface preparation for a variety of modern paints.

 A skilled manufacturing workforce that includes fully coded MIG welders.

 Manufacturing process that can handle a wide range of structural sections upto and including a depth of 1016mm.  Steelwork can be handled upto 20 tonnes in weight.

 The ability to fabricate all styles of structures from Beam and Column to more complex trusses.

 

QUALITY

The company utilises a fully documented quality control system throughout its critical processes which includes the provision of all test certification to comply with the maintenance manual
requirements of the CDM regulations.
